Incident Summary:

08/08/2008: On Friday night, French police located and safely defused an improvised explosive device planted at the Arcangues tourist center in the town of Arcangues in the Basque region of Pyrenees Atlantiques province, southwestern France. Police received an anonymous call at around 0400 warning of five explosive devices in the region, however, only three bombs were found.
