Incident Summary:

02/15/2009: On Sunday, in North Waziristan, Federally Administered Tribal Areas, Pakistan, assailants fired upon and killed one civilian in the village of Karamkot, east of Miranshah. A note left with the body claimed the victim was spying for the United States. There was no damage reported and no group claimed responsibility, although it was widely believed the Taliban was responsible.
