Incident Summary:

02/25/2009: On Wednesday at around 0130 in Muang district, a beauty salon located close to an outpost of soldiers, run by Seri Kaimuk, 49, and his wife, was bombed. Seri, his wife, and three daughters escaped unharmed. Two M67 hand grenades were thrown into the shop, while one exploded and the other was a dud. The blast caused a crater 12.5cm deep and 30cm wide, damaging the shop's outer wall and a motorcycle parked nearby. No group claimed responsibility.
