Incident Summary:

03/25/2009: On Wednesday evening, in Qarghahi, Laghman, Afghanistan, assailants fired eight rockets at a community, damaging one school. Assailants then fired on a group of police officers with small arms, wounding one police officer. No group claimed responsibility, although it was widely believed the Taliban was responsible.
