10/22/2009: On Thursday morning at the Bahraz district's entry near Ba'qubah, Diyala province of Iraq, assailants detonated and improvised explosive device attached to the car used by the Sahwa council leader. Sheikh Hussam Aziz and his driver were injured by the blast and the car was damaged. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack, but Hussam accused al-Qaeda.
