Incident Summary:

10/28/2009: On Wednesday, in Laogai in the Kokang area of north-east Myanmar, twelve explosive devices were detonated sequentially by unidentified militants. The explosions targeted the residence of, and a shop owned by, the new leader of the Myanmar National Democratic Alliance Army Pai, Song Chein. The dozen bombs exploded one after the other from 2000 to 0000. There were no casualties reported and no group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
