12/21/2009: On Monday morning at 1050, in Indanan, Sulu, Philippines, assailants detonated an IED on the Peace Bridge, damaging the bridge but causing no injuries. No group claimed responsibility, although the military blamed the Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG) and rogue members of the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF).
