Incident Summary:

02/07/2010: On Sunday evening at 1830, in Ghantaghar Chowk of Birgunj Sub Metropolitan City-12, Parsa District, Nepal, two shopkeepers were wounded when an unidentified militant threw something that was then followed by blasts from two improvised explosive devices. The injured, identified as Rajesh Kumar Saha of Motihari, India, and Jamshed Ansari of Birgunj, were taken to Narayani Sub Regional Hospital in Birgunj for treatment. The All Terai Liberation Front (formerly known as the Janatantrik Terai Mukti Morcha – Jaya Krishna Goit (JTMM-G)) claimed responsibility.
