01/09/2011: On Sunday, in San Miguel, Putumayo, Colombia, suspected militants from the 48th Front of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia left an improvised explosive device (IED) near an oil pipeline. Military personnel later defused the IED, preventing any casualties or property damage from taking place. No group has claimed responsibility.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
