Incident Summary:

01/24/2011: On Monday morning, at a courthouse in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, unidentified militants planted an improvised explosive device (IED) on the seat of Regional Trial Court 12 judge, Charles Aguilar. Police defused the IED, causing no casualties or damages. No group claimed responsibility for this incident.
