02/26/2011: On Saturday, in Keri forests in Budhal, Rajouri, Jammu and Kashmir, India, two militants fired upon five to six Village Defense Committee (VDC) members. One VDC member, identified as Raj Kumar was seriously injured. No group claimed responsibility for this incident.
