03/23/2011: On Wednesday, on Los Libertadores Street in the rural area of El Sarampion, Arauquita, Arauca, Colombia, three armed men set three oil company vehicles on fire after forcing the owners to abandon their cars at gunpoint. No casualties were reported and no group claimed responsibility, although authorities attribute the arson attack on Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) guerrillas.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
