Incident Summary:

04/09/2011: On Saturday, in the Isale-Agbara area of Ife, Osun, Nigeria, unidentified armed militants fired upon and killed one security guard while stray bullets killed four others who were in a church during an attack on the home of Rotimi Makinde, an Action Congress of Nigeria candidate for the Nigerian parliament. Rotimi Makinde was not injured in the attack. No damage was reported and no group claimed responsibility for the attack.
