Incident Summary:
05/21/2011: On Saturday morning at 0630, in Toribio, Cauca, Colombia, militants from the Jacobo Arenas Front of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) surrounded and attacked the town with unknown firearms and explosives causing the Colombian military to intervene and protect the town. No casualties were reported and only minor structural damage to roofs, buildings and civilian houses resulted. No group claimed responsibility; however, authorities attributed the attack to the Jacobo Arenas Front of the FARC.
