06/05/2011: On Sunday, in Zinjibar, Abyan, Yemen, suspected Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) militants attacked a military convoy by unknown means, killing ten soldiers and wounding an unknown amount of other soldiers. The gunmen also damaged several of the military vehicles. No group claimed responsibility, although AQAP is suspected.
