Incident Summary:

06/29/2011: On Wednesday evening around 2000, in Priyelburs, Kabardino Balkariya, Russia, sappers located and disabled an improvised explosive device under a cable car tower. The device was found hidden in a sugar sack under a pile of rocks. An inspection of the device showed that the device contained bolts and ball bearings to act as shrapnel. No casualties or damages were and no group has claimed responsibility for the incident.
