08/17/2011: On Wednesday, in Watapur, Konar, Afghanistan, Taliban militants abducted the district chief of the anti-terrorism unit, identified as Naqibollah of Qamchi village. He was later killed and his body was found on the night of 08/19/2011. The Taliban have claimed responsibility for the attack by unknown means.
