09/21/2011: On Wednesday night, in Maiduguri, Borno, Nigeria, four unidentified gunmen armed with Kalashnikov rifles fired upon and killed a Borno state emergency management agency employee outside the employee’s home. No group has claimed responsibility, but the militant group Boko Haram was thought to be responsible for the attack.
