Incident Summary:

11/13/2011: Members of the Taliban placed a mine under a bridge in the Randkhel area of Ab Band District, Ghazni province, Afghanistan. The device detonated as a police vehicle drove over the bridge. The bridge was damaged in the explosion; however, police report there were no casualties. The Taliban claimed responsibility and reported that four police officers had died in the explosion.
