Incident Summary:

02/09/2012: Assailants burned down the home of a former Garo National Liberation Army (GNLA) member in Bokkingre, Meghalaya, India. The assailants then chased his relatives away. The GNLA claimed responsibility for the attack, which came after GNLA leaders set a seven-day deadline for surrendered members to refund the costs of weapons turned over to the police.
