Incident Summary:

02/26/2012: Gunmen opened fire outside an internally displaced persons (IDP) camp in Mershing area, South Darfur state, Sudan. After they shot at the camp, the assailants physically attacked the victims. There were no human casualties, but a donkey was killed in the attack. The Liberation and Justice Movement (LJM) claimed responsibility for the incident.
