03/25/2012: Four members of an anti-Taliban militia were abducted from Tank district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, Pakistan. The Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) commander for North Waziristan claimed responsibility for the kidnapping and stated that the victims would be killed if the group's demands were not met. The outcome of the kidnapping is unknown.
