07/18/2012: An explosive device planted along a road detonated in Sepoy area, Federally Administered Tribal Areas, Pakistan. The explosion targeted a civilian van, killing the 14 passengers aboard. Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) claimed responsibility for the attack, stating that the victims were targeted for being Shias.
