07/23/2012: Assailants set a Delhi Public School bus on fire in Sunsari district, Eastern region, Nepal. No injuries were reported, as the 65 students on the bus managed to escape. The All Nepal National Free Student Union: Revolutionary claimed responsibility for the incident, stating that the attack was intended to pressure the government into changing the 'foreign names' of colleges and reducing tuition fees.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
Criterion 2
There must be evidence of an intention to coerce, intimidate, or convey some other message to a larger audience (or audiences) than the immediate victims. Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack.
