10/11/2012: An explosive device planted near a Tawheedul Islam (TI) checkpoint detonated in Zakha Khel area, Federally Administered Tribal Areas, Pakistan. One TI volunteer was killed and two injured. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, officials attributed it to Lashkar-e-Islam (Pakistan).
