Incident Summary:

11/02/2012: A socket bomb was discovered at Sikchya Education Campus in Dadeldhura, Eastern province, Nepal. The device, which had been wrapped in cloth and left at the main gate, was safely defused by security officials. A pamphlet left at the scene by Sudurpaschim Janata Dal decried the presence of politics on campus.
