Incident Summary:

11/21/2012: An explosive device detonated targeting first repsonders of a previous attack outside of a former bank building in Shamil'kala village, Dagestan republic, Russia. Three people, including two police officers and one civilian, were killed and five more were injured in the attack. This was one of two related attacks in Shamil'kala on this day. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
