Incident Summary:

03/19/2013: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle at the entrance to an Iraqi military base in Iskandariyah area, Babil governorate, Iraq. Three people were killed and 10 more were injured in the explosion. This was one of 20 coordinated attacks across the country on the same day, which was the 10th anniversary of the beginning of the Iraq war. Al-Qaida in Iraq claimed responsibility for the incidents.
