07/01/2013: A car bomb targeting Syrian Army senior officers detonated near the State Security Building in Kfar Sousa area, Damascus city, Damascus governorate, Syria. Mohammed Dib Zeytun, Political Security Branch chairperson, and several other commissioned officers were killed in this attack. Liwa Al-Sham claimed responsibility for the incident, stating that they had targeted officers who were responsible for crimes committed under Assad's government.
