Incident Summary:
07/31/2013: Assailants opened fire on a North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) container truck in Chottu town, Mastung district, Balochistan province, Pakistan. There were no reported casualties; however, the assailants poured gasoline on the truck and set it on fire. The truck was destroyed by the fire. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
Criterion 2

Successful Attack
Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack.
