Incident Summary:

12/19/2013: A suicide bomber detonated near a group of Shia pilgrims in Latifyah town, Babil governorate, Iraq. In addition to the bomber, at least 11 people were killed and 23 others were wounded in the blast. This was one of three suicide bombings on Shia pilgrims traveling to Karbala in and around Baghdad on the same day. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
