Incident Summary:

01/18/2014: Rockets originating from Syria struck Ras Baalbek village, Beqaa governorate, Lebanon. At least four people were wounded in the attack. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for this attack. The mayor of Arsal also attributed the attack to Hezbollah, but the group denied any involvement.
