02/23/2014: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated outside of the Orient Hospital in Atmeh town, Aleppo governorate, Syria. At least 14 people were killed and 65 others were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, activists attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
