09/13/2014: Assailants launched mortar shells at an oil refinery in Baiji city, Saladin governorate, Iraq. There were no reported casualties; however, the refinery was damaged in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
