10/18/2014: Assailants attacked a Directorate of Penitentiary Services prison in Butembo town, North Kivu province, Democratic Republic of the Congo. There were no reported casualties; however, at least 300 prisoners were freed during the incident. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF).
