10/20/2014: Assailants disguised as peshmerga members attacked Qara Tapa town, Nineveh governorate, Iraq. At least 32 people were killed and five were injured in the raid; the victims included assailants, peshmerga members, and civilians. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
