Incident Summary:
11/07/2014: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle targeting a police convoy in Baiji district, Saladin governorate, Iraq. In addition to the bomber, at least eight police officers, including Major General Faisal Ahmed, were killed and 15 officers were injured in the blast. Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) and Al-Naqshabandiya Army claimed responsibility for the incident.

Criteria
Criteria 1
