Incident Summary:

12/04/2014: Assailants kidnapped four employees of the Director General of Mines Safety (DGMS) who were inspecting an abandoned asbestos mine in Roro village, Jharkhand state, India. The officials were released on December 5, 2014. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the abduction to the People's Liberation Front of India.
