Incident Summary:

06/08/2015: Assailants, including a suicide bomber, attacked a military checkpoint in Dattakhel area, Federally Administered Tribal Areas, Pakistan. In addition to the bomber, 26 people, including seven soldiers and 19 other assailants, were killed and 14 others, including seven other soldiers and seven assailants, were injured in the ensuing clash. Halqa-e-Mehsud claimed responsibility for the incident.
