Incident Summary:

08/22/2015: An explosive device detonated near a Provincial Electricity Authority power pole in Kawa sub-district, Narathiwat Province, Thailand. There were no reported casualties in the blast. This was one of 15 related attacks in southern Narathiwat and one of six bombings in Kawa on the same day. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspected that the attacks were carried out by the Pattani United Liberation Organization (PULO).
