09/09/2015: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated outside of Hadba prison in Tripoli city, Tripoli district, Libya. There were no reported casualties in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Tripoli Province of the Islamic state.

Criteria
Criteria 1
