09/23/2015: Three explosive devices were discovered and defused in Bandgaon, Jharkhand state, India. The devices were thought to be targeting Indian Armed Forces patrol. No group claimed responsibility; however, authorities suspected that the attack may have been carried out by either the Communist Party of India - Maoist (CPI-Maoist) or the People's Liberation Front of India.
