Incident Summary:

12/03/2015: Assailants opened fire on an internally displaced person (IDP) camp in Ngakobo area, Ouaka prefecture, Central African Republic. At least 13 people, including five assailants, were killed and three others, including two assailants, were wounded in the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Seleka militia.
