Incident Summary:
05/31/2016: An explosive device detonated targeting a Frontier Works Organization (FWO) vehicle in Mohmand district, Federally Administered Tribal Areas, Pakistan. At least three soldiers were injured in the blast. This was one of two similar attacks in Mohmand district on this date. Jamaat-ul-Ahrar, a subgroup of Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), claimed responsibility for the incidents.

Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
