07/06/2016: An explosive device detonated at a Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) oil pipeline in Eleme district, Rivers, Nigeria. There were no reported casualties in the blast. A claim of responsibility was posted on the Niger Delta Avengers (NDA) website, which members of the NDA later recanted, stating that the website had been hacked and they were not responsible for the attack.
