02/00/2017: Sometime between February 1, 2017 and February 28, 2017, assailants attacked equipment at a Hydro-Quebec construction site in Sainte Emelie de l'Energie, Quebec, Canada. There were no reported casualties in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Anarchists and suspected the attack was to protest the construction of a new utility line.
