09/15/2017: Assailants threw an explosive device into a mosque at Cable Point in Asaba, Delta State, Nigeria. The device did not detonate and there were no reported injuries. This was one of two attacks in the region on the same night. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
