Incident Summary:

10/07/2017: Assailants attacked Tabbac, Buguey, Cagayan, Philippines. There were no reported casualties, however the assailants stole weapons, cell phones, and a vehicle from the villagers. This was one of two related attacks that took place in Buguey on this date. Two people were briefly held hostage and released across both of these attacks. The New People's Army (NPA) claimed responsibility for the incidents.
