Incident Summary:

04/18/2018: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated and assailants opened fire on the convoy of General '-Abd-al-Razzak al-Naduri in Sidi Khalifah, Benghazi, Libya. Al-Naduri, the Libyan Army Chief of Staff, was unharmed; however, one person was killed and three others were wounded in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Muslim Brotherhood.
