Incident Summary:

04/30/2018: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle targeting a North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) convoy in Abdullah, Kandahar, Afghanistan. In addition to the assailant, 11 people, including civilians and police officers, were killed and 16 others, including five Romanian soldiers, were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban. Additionally, a police chief stated that a Hizb-I-Islami member was involved in this attack, which the group denied.
